Note: Oral Presentation and Poster Presentation – Not applicable for Non-presenters

Payment Modes

Both Presenters (Oral & Poster) and Non-Presenters (Listener) are required to register and pay their registration fee before the deadline. There are two payment modes for your registration fee. Those are like

  1. Online payment (Register and Pay)
  2. Onsite payment (Book and PayLater/ Onsite)

Fundamentals for the Onsite Payments

Please confirm your participation at least 15 days prior to the conference along with your Scanned copy of the Air ticket, Scanned copy of the passport, Accommodation confirmation receipt. After confirmation for Onsite payments, absence of participant at the conference will not be accepted. We may inform to their Institute/Organization.

If you are an oral or poster presenter you will be included in the conference program once you submit these documents to the organizer committee.

Funding, Visa, and Insurance

Please submit your abstract before the deadline and give more time to work on funds. Funding and visa arrangements take several months. So you are encouraged to start preparation for funding and visa arrangements at the earliest.

Cancellation Information

If the registrant cannot attend the conference, he/ she may request to transfer his/ her registrations to another attendee within 24 hours before the start of the event by writing to admin@elixtechnomedia.com. Details must be included the full name of substitute, his/her paper title, department contact number, and email address.

If the registrant is unable to attend the event and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

  • If the cancellation is made before 90 days of the conference, conference registrants will get a full refund of less $100 service fee.
  • If the cancellation made before 46-89 days of the conference, conference registrants will get a refund of 50% of payment.
  • Within 45 days of conference: No one is eligible for refund.
  • Booking fee for spot registration is not refundable. 

Note:

  1. Regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for the registrant’s account.
  2. Refunds will be made one week after the completion of the conference. 
  3. The registrations with discounted prices are transferable to another attendee, but not refundable at any point in time.
