Code of Conducts

By registering to attend ElixTM Programmes, you are hereby agreeing to the Programme Code of Conduct.

  • All participants are asked to wear their badges at all times throughout the conference.
  • Anyone obtaining a conference delegate or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means will be asked to leave conference.
  • Anyone attending conference must not take part in any demonstrations, objectionable behavior or wear offensive apparel or be involved in any activity which may disrupt conference.
  • Any kind of harassment based on gender, gender identity, and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion and the technical choice is totally prohibited in our conferences. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate and no offense or disrespect intended. All participants shall endure treating all individuals with respect and tolerance without any distinction to sex, gender, religion, language, and race.
  • Our official photographers will be taking photographs, recording video or making audio recordings during the conference. The photographs, videos and audio recordings will be used for conference-related activities including in the promotional material, in both print and electronic format, including on the Internet via website and Social media for conference purpose only.
  • No other photography or filming will be permitted at ElixTM organised conferences¬† without the prior written approval of the organizers.
  • We value your attendance and safety and will do everything within our control to make sure that your experience at our conferences remains a positive one.
  • If any participant violates the code of conduct, the organizers have the rights to take adequate actions against him or her.
